Thailand is a country in South East Asia and the first developed in the region for mass tourism. Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya are all places which are examples how mass tourism works. Thailand is also home to beautiful beaches, islands, and pristine forest. It’s a destination where you can experience South East Asia but the real authentic South East Asia is difficult to find as it’s mostly developed quite well which distinguish it from its neighbors Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia.
